My fitness and accountability coaching will help you reach your goal while maintaining a healthy balance in your life. I want to help you find a way to fit some effective workouts into your current routine. I also will make simple adjustments to your nutrition so you will be able to eat your favorite foods while feeling more in control around food.
Why choose me as your nutrition coach?
I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist with a focus on fitting health into a busy schedule.
I personally used to work full-time as an engineer so I have experienced a busy schedule while continuing to eat healthy and exercise consistently. I love teaching women about the tricks I learned to make the biggest difference without taking a ton of time!
You want to feel more comfortable around food and free up mental space.
I grew up with LOTS of food rules. I thought this was the right way to live, eat, and treat your body. I thought the cravings I had were bad and that there was something wrong with me when I couldn’t control myself in front of a plate of cookies.
I have overcome the food rules and let go of the guilt surrounding different foods. I relearned my instinctive hunger and fullness cues and feel so much more confident and in control around food.

I want to use my personal experiences as well as my knowledge and experience as a CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER and NUTRITIONIST to help you find the healthiest, most active version of yourself.
I want to help you lose the weight and feel CONFIDENT not only in how your body looks, but also in your ability to get back to the activities you love.
As your coach, I will meet YOU where you’re at. Goals will be tailored to your CURRENT lifestyle rather than feeling like a complete 180 change. I care about making sure you have a BALANCED life, rather than focusing on intense diets and workouts.

Accountability/habit coaching: Do you ever feel like you KNOW what you need to do, but CAN’T seem to hold yourself to it?
This is where I come in.
I will hold you accountable by giving FREQUENT reminders and encouragement.
I will make sure you feel CONFIDENT in your ability to succeed and CELEBRATE the small wins along the way!
Fitness/Nutrition Coaching: Do you feel overwhelmed by all the conflicting fitness and nutrition advice online?
I will break all of this down for you.
I will make sure you feel in control of what you’re eating and confident in your form when exercising. We will have check-ins to review your nutrition and talk about what changes you can make.
Nutrition isn’t one size fits all which is why these meetings are so important to create a perfect plan for YOU.
What is this?
This is a LIFE-LONG IMPROVEMENT in your health and fitness. You will learn techniques that you can take with you and always feel IN CONTROL of your health and your weight.
These techniques will NOT make you feel like you have to be on a life-long diet to keep the weight off.
This will feel like a SAFE SPACE to share your challenges as well as your wins.
You will sustainably improve your nutrition so you don’t feel like you NEED a cheat day.
You will incorporate MOVEMENT into your day and find an activity you ENJOY.
While the SCALE may not be a quick fix, you will start to FEEL the changes after only a SHORT time.
What is this not?
This is NOT a QUICK FIX to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. That might not be what you want to hear, but I want to be HONEST.
This is NOT going to feel like you’re starving yourself. You will NOT be cutting out all of your favorite foods. You will NOT be exercising for hours every day.
